GENERAL FEATURES
The water jet cutting system is undoubtedly
one of the most important novelties which have been put
on the market in the last years, above all to solve the
cutting problems concerning great many materials.
|
 |
PROCESSING FLEXIBILITY ON COMPLEX
SHAPES
This new system makes a high quality and
speed cutting possible guaranteeing a great precision on
a great deal of materials, even on complex shapes: this
is due thanks to a very thin water jet which is discharged
from a mouth at a 4000 bar pressure.

|
USES
The number of possible uses is steadily
growing. In order to make it clear, let's analyse some examples.
|
| TECHNICAL ARTICLES
Standard industrial seals, already drawn
or by request, in any material with any feature and up to
150mm thick.
|
|
METALLIC ELEMENTS
Due to their little flexibility, metals
have always shown many problems in cutting and finishing;
thanks to this system you can cut copper, aluminium, steels,
brasses and so on with very high features.
|
|
GLASS CUTTING
It may be simple, compound or even armoured;
thanks to the water jet the abrasive discs can be got rid
of, more complex cuttings can be made and the cutting speed
can be higher.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
WATER LINE AND WATERPUMP: FAST, FLEXIBLE
AND SIMPLE TO USE.
|
|
WATERLINE is a numerical control robot
thoroughly designed for this new cutting method, which is
to generate water at very high power and pressure.
|
|
Inside the system, there is a programming
centre through which any drawing or shape, even complex,
can be inserted and made in a fast, simple and immediate
way, this way the execution time is fast too, and the likely
uses are numerous and flexible.
|
|
This system is also integrated with a DATA
BASE which makes all the applications possible, implementing
a cutting program with excellent parameters. The final product
can be carried out through its own design in any scale or
even from the sample of the piece itself, so that, in quite
a short time, thanks to the information achieved, the cutting
program and the final product will be carried out.
